There was a speciality in the audio of Lakshyam produced by Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) on the banner of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions introducing Sri Vasu as director with Gopichand as hero and Anushka as heroine, which was launched in Hyderabad recently. The audio has a remix song 'Niluvave Vaalu Kanuladaanaa…', an old classic 'Illarikam' in which Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Jamuna danced to the tune.
Hence the audio was released with both of them present on the dais. Speaking on the occasion, Akkineni says, 'I am still 28-year-old. My body might have earned the age but not to my soul. When my heart and soul is young, the body would definitely cooperate with it. I am ready to dance even at this age, but not the heroines who did the same with me sometime ago.' Earlier, Dr D Ramanaidu, K Raghavendra Rao, Pokuri Babu Rao, Bellamkonda Suresh and Sreenu Vaitla released one song each.
Later Akkineni released the first cassette and handed over the first piece to VV Vinayak. Movie Moghul D Ramanaidu released the audio CD and handed it over to K Raghavendra Rao. Bellamkonda Suresh says, 'I watched the double positive of this film and I am sure that this film would remain the number one film in Gopichand's career.' Sreenu Vytla says, 'The film is from our director T Krishna's son. So it would be a definite hit.' VV Vinayak says, 'Lakshmi Narasimha Productions is like my parent banner.
I became a director with 'Aadhi' produced on this banner. Very recently I directed 'Lakshmi' on the same banner. Both of them were very big hits. Likewise, this film produced by best friend Bujji and directed by my associate Srivasu would also be a big hit.' Gopichand says, 'Manisharma gave music for the film and this would remain my career best album. Me and Jagapatibabu would act as brothers in real life and in this film we played in real life roles.' Director Srivasu says, 'I entered the film industry as a camera assistant with 'Annamayya'.
I am very happy that my film's audio is being released in presence of K Raghavendra Rao.' Jagapatibabu, Surender Reddy, Mamata Mohandas, Kota Srinivasa Rao, and others attended the audio launch programme. All the guests wished the audio as well as the film a big hit. Aditya Music is marketing the audio.
