Krishnamraju entered the film industry some 40 years ago with 'Chiluka Gorinka' and played different roles to win the hearts of audiences. This versatile artiste later entered politics and became an MP and later served the country as Union minister. Likewise, Nandamuri Harikrishna followed his father late NT Rama Rao's footsteps. He played hero in different films and attracted the audiences with his inimitable style of action.
These two were awarded honorary doctorates by the American Institute of Management of the US. The institute's CEO Thal Harshan, Satya and Chandra Sekhar handed over those honorary doctorates to these two artistes at a programme held at Ravindra Bharati in Hyderabad. Prabhas , Nandamuri Kalyanram attended the award distribution ceremony.
