The shooting of Kalyanam (Festival of Life) directed by Muralikrishna, presented by Dr K Krishnaprasad and produced by Koneru Saipratap with Chandu and Jyotsna in the lead was completed recently and is busy finishing DTS mixing works. As the film had completed all the formalities and is ready for release, its producers says, 'We have made the film as a good family subject.
There is a good response to the audio which was released into the market. Marriage is a very important incident in one's life. However, we added good and memorable incidents between a brother-in-law and sister-in-law after their marriage. We have added good amount of entertainment to a family subject and made it a total entertainer.
Subrahmanyam, who played child artiste in 'Lavakusa' is playing a role in our film after 43 years. We shot a song on our hero and heroine in black and white effect and it would remain a highlight in the film. After the completion of DTS work optical work would begin.' Camera is by Gadiraju Srinivasa Rao, story, screenplay dialogues and direction are by Muralikrishna.
