Chiranjeevi recently received the Padma Bhushan from the President's hands.

Now the President Abdul Kalam would do the honors in yet another function involving Chiru

Kalam will officially inaugurate the new facility of Chiranjeevi Blood and Eye bank and Jubilee Hills Checkpost on 12 June.

It maybe recalled that Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust, launched in October 1998, has been doing laudable social work for several years now.

The new facility at the blood and eye bank is an extension of the work done by the trust.
