K Keshava Rao has decided to step down as PCC chief. He took this decision this afternoon after talking to the party high command. Digvijay Singh had asked him to submit his resignation. K Keshava Rao is rushing to Delhi to meet party chief Sonia Gandhi. He will explain to her about the shootout incident. The PCC chief’s resignation letter is with Sonia Gandhi and a final decision is expected after he meets her.
