Jyothirmayee is acting in a historical movie based on the the life history of Malayalam writer Nandanar. The movie, titled Adayaalangal, is directed by M.G. Sasi. Jyothirmayee plays the role of Meenakshi Kutty, a close ally to the great writer. The role is significant aand portrayed all through the movie.
