The yesteryear heroine and Samajwadi MP Jayaprada said that she welcomes the idea of Chiranjeevi entering into politics. She said that Chiranjeevi was a great actor and also a good human being. Jayaprada acted in some films with Chiranjeevi
Jayaprada said that she would give her full support and cooperation to Chiranjeevi in politics. She said that it would be a great thing in Chiranjeevi could contribute to bring some changes in society and help the poor and the downtrodden.
Jayaprada was in Srikalahasthi and had darshan at the temple. She also performed the Rahu Kethu pooja. A large crowd gathered outside the temple to catch a glimpse of her.
