Jayaprada is still as charming and she was some three decades ago. She is now a Samajwadi MP. Jayaprada came into politics at the behest of NT Ram Rao. She later was literally shunted out by the TDP and she accused Chandra Babu Naidu for insulting her and forcing her to quit the party.
Jayaprada celebrated her birthday today. For her, this birthday is very, very special as a long drawn out court case was finally dismissed yesterday. The case relates to an allegation of poll violation by Jayaprada and Venugopchary during the election campaign in 2002. Jayaprada termed the acquittal as the best birthday gift for her.
