All is now well with the ambitious daily launched by YS Jagan, son of chief minister YS Rajashekar Reddy. Sakshi has been running on losses from day one. The losses were to the tune of one crore per day but now they have been brought down to 50 lakhs per day.
But still. Sakshi is white elephant for Jagan. His only aim is to beat Eenadu in circulation. Sakshi circulation is 13.5 lakhs per day. But in the end, Jagan stands to lose as much as 100 crores in a year, if not more.
