Minister JC Divakar Reddy with his unwarranted comments has put the chief minister YS Rajashekara Reddy into trouble and avoidable embarrassment. JC Divakar Reddy reacting to the disclosure about the cement factory and leasing of mines given to his driver and domestic helps said that the factory was not benami. It was his as they were all like his family members! And he said that he held mining licenses for a long time. Even the CM’s son YS Jagan Mohan Reddy also holds mining licenses he pointed out. This has not gone down very well with the CM. People close to the CM say that in order to justify his wrongdoing, did JC Divakar Reddy have to sling mud on the CM and his son?
Some say that it was sheer blackmailing tactics by JC. He wants to show that if he is singled out for action then he would also expose the CM or so it seems.
