Kukatpally is fast emerging as the most happening place in the twin cities. The place already boast of some top hotels, showrooms etc.
The place is close to Hitech city and hence the activity. A ten-storied complex is coming up at the exhibition ground opposite KPHB. The place will have several exclusive showrooms in addition to multiplex theatres.
According to reports Kukatpally will soon boast of upwards of thirty Multiplex theatres in the next one year. And the real estate prices have already skyrocketed in the area.
