 After Sanaa Panscholi, Isha Koppikar was the second actress to walk out of Suneel Darshan’s Shaka Laka Boom Boom. And now, the latest actress to opt out of the film is Mona Chopra (who now calls herself Menka Chopra). Menka had earlier done a cameo in Suneel Darshan’s Dosti. In the upcoming film Shaka Laka Boom Boom, she was again supposed to play a cameo opposite Bobby Deol. But the actress says that she is now looking forward to lead roles only. She also told Suneel Darshan that she wasn’t keen on playing the role and he understood her viewpoint. The recently relauched KBC has Shah Rukh Khan hosting the show and a new round of verbal duel was seen between the two leading stars of Bollywood. All this has set director Sunil Darshan thinking. He saw a great story in all this and immediately got a script ready. He will make a film on the bitter rivalry between the two stars. The film is titled ‘Shaka Laka Boom Boom. Bobby Deol more Repeating-the-same-pair-  Now that the promotions of SHAKALAKA BOOM BOOM have begun and the fresh pairing [Bobby Deol, Upen Patel] has come in for tremendous appreciation, Suneel Darshan has decided to repeat the actors in his next project. However, a separate source informs us that Suneel is planning a love story with Upen in the solo lead. What's the truth? While Anurag Basu's 'Metro' narrates the tale of number of urban individuals trying to cope up with life in a metro [in this case Mumbai], Suneel Darshan's 'Shakalaka Boom Boom' is a far cry from his rooted Indian films that he is famous for and instead takes you to foreign shares to narrate a tale of professional rivalry [set in music industry]. Now it has to be seen if the clash more Bollywood-attack!  About 250 films are scheduled to release in 2007. Are we ready for the deluge? According to business figures, 2006 was the best year in the history of Bollywood. Banking on the boom, a record number of films (at least 250, say pundits) will release this year. Of which there are 43 prominent films — either produced by big banners or boasting large star-casts. There are no dull periods in 2007.
