It has been quite a journey for Hello which has finally made it to the theaters. However, there seems to be certain issues cropping up. Apparently, Isha Koppikhar, who plays an integral part in the film, hasn't been keen on promoting the film. Worse, she hasn't been talking about the film much and has her focus on Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi, a film which she believes is her big break in Bollywood.
Confirms a source close to the film, " Isha has just lost interest in Hello . In fact that has been quite a letdown for everyone as they've all worked so hard on the film. Now that the film is finally releasing in theaters, Isha's unwillingness to be a part of the promotional events has baffled everyone."
"Just recently, she missed out on being at a couple of events where Hello was being promoted. It's probably because Hello is a multi starrer and there are two more leading ladies - Gul Panag and Amrita Arora," said the source who didn't wish to be named.
Apparentl,y Gul Panag has been pretty gung-ho about the film and has been painting the town red promoting it. Surprisingly, the male leads - Sohail Khan, Sharman Joshi and Arbaaz Khan - haven't been seen much either.
"For Gul this is an important film and those who have seen the movie have been stunned by her performance. As Priyanka Kapoor, she is the most glamorous factor in the film. Naturally, Gul is going all out in promoting the film since she believes that it is 'her' film", the source adds.
How is Atul Agnihotri, the film's director, reacting to the situation? "He is just keeping his cool and quiet about the whole affair. It is a crucial project for him, especially after Dil Ne Jise Apna Kahan failed. More than stars talking about the film, what he wants is the audience's response to Hello," added the source.
