 Gorgeous Gopika seems to have taken a leaf out of the book of her colleagues in Malayalam film world. Heroines like Meera Jasmine , Nayantara , Asin and Navya Nair have all hopped over to neighbouring states after firming up their position on home turf. The policy has paid off for Gops also who will now figure in a Telugu film titled ‘Veedu Mamuluvadu Kadu’ directed by Ravi Sharma. Rishi and Samrat will be her heroes in the film. In Mollywood, of course, Gopika is going strong. Her latest movie, ‘Mayavi’ against Mammootty has become one of the biggest hits in recent times. So much so, she has been snapped up for another project with Mammootty titled ‘Nasrani’. Then, she is also part of a film called ‘Mulla’ in which Dileep will play the male lead, according to the buzz. This is her way of saying ‘Thank You’ to God. more Gopi-Gopika-Godavari-postponed  The release of the much awaited Vamsi film Gopi Gopika Godavari has been postponed. The film was originally scheduled to hit the screen on June 25 but it will now be released on July 10. Venu is the hero and the film is set with a rural backdrop with river Godavari playing a key role. Kamalini Mukherjee is the heroine. She plays a doctor who runs a mobile boat clinic on Godavari treating patients living in the small islands in the river. Chakry has scored the music and the audio more Gopika-joins-Mammootty  Gopika, who was seen with Mammootty in the superhit Mayavi released last year, has joined the superstar this year again for Anwar Rasheed’s Annan Thambi, being shot in Pollachi. The association has announced this award in honor of the Late Padmini Ramachandran who was a long time member of the association. Gopika, the young beauty, is one of the successful heroines in the South Indian Film Industry. She has many Malayalam and Tamil hits to her credit and has also acted in Kannada and Telugu films. &n more Gopikas-sister-to-debut-  Many might have seen actress Gopika's younger sister, who always accompanied her to the shooting spots.
