Gajala acted in some Telugu films but did not have much success. She was also in the news recently for trying to commit suicide. She is now acting in a Tamil film titled Dorai. Action king Arjun is the hero.
She said that she agreed to sport a bikini in the film after Arjun requested her to do so. Arjun is reported to have told her that she would bag many new offers after the film is released if she wears a bikini for some scenes in the film. She could not say to no Arjun and hence agreed to his request.
