Aamir Khan gave the cold shoulder to Kangana Ranaut when she went up to talk to him at a recent social do
Aamir Khan got even with Kangana Ranaut. The actor, who is known to be vindictive in industry circles, snubbed the actress at a recent party. The story goes that Kangana got excited the moment she spotted Aamir and almost ran to greet the actor. However, she was left terribly disappointed as she managed to evoke a cold 'okay' from the actor.
A guest who was present at the event says, “Kangana was chatting away with some friends at the party. When she spotted Aamir Khan , she immediately excused herself and walked towards Aamir who was surrounded by a group of people. Kangana introduced herself and told Aamir that she had seen most of his films and that she is a great fan of the actor.”
But Aamir was in no mood to socialise with the actress and replied in monosyllables. Later he just looked through Kangana who was standing next to him and resumed talking to other guests at the party.
Obviously, Kangana was furious with the actor and walked away grumbling about the actor's strange behaviour. “As a reaction, Aamir just said 'okay' and turned his back to continue his conversation with other people. An embarrassed Kangana went back fuming and started murmuring 'What does he think he is',” adds the same source.
Why did Aamir cold shoulder Kangana? The actress was one of the girls that Aamir was considering to cast in the remake of Ghajini. He was in advanced talks with her, but didn't want the news to be leaked till everything was finalised. An excited Kangana couldn't resist but make an announcement, which upset Aamir and eventually, she lost out on the film.
Despite repeated attempts, Kangana remained unavailable for comment.
