The shooting of Desamuduru directed by Puri Jagannath , presented by J Bhagawan and produced by DVV Danaiah on the banner of Universal Media with Allu Arjun and Hansika Muthwal in the lead was almost complete but for the canning of two songs. The producer is planning to finish the shooting as well as the post-production formalities and release the film on January 12 as Sankranthi gift. Director Puri Jagannath says, 'Our film heroes act like experts in every field and the common people say it in Telugu as 'Veedu Bhale Mudurra'. We coined that word as the title for our film. Our hero also does everything which can't be done by someone else. When compared to the craze among the titles of my earlier films, this film had evoked very good response. It is a different film that runs with love as its backdrop. It is the story between a TV channel programme director and a lady sanyasin. The scenes that occur between them would be a visual treat to the audiences. Allu Arjun's characterization would be quite different. Ali's comedy track would be a highlight in this film. Music by Chakri would attract the youth. Action by Vijayan would be another highlight. Bhagawan and Danaiah did not compromise on production values. The film will have a novel backdrop, romantic and has many elements that could attract the mass.' Producer Danaiah says, 'After the tremendous success like Pokiri Puri Jagannath had got several officers in various banners, but he chose us to do our film for which we are very thankful to him. In fact it is he who named our banner 'Universal Media'.
