The most expensive and high-profile song in Rajini- starrer `Kuselan’ was recorded a couple of days ago in New Delhi. The most sought after Hindi rap singer Daler Mehndi sung the song for the most sought after hero Rajinikanth. Composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar, the song was recorded at a hi-tech recording theatre in New Delhi.
The Rajini-starrer ‘Kuselan’ (in Tamil) and ‘Kuseyladu’ (in Telugu) have been progressing at a brisk pace under the direction of P. Vasu of ‘Chandramukhi’ fame. Vasu has tentatively planned to release the film on July 18, so that its 100th day coincides with the auspicious ‘Deepavali’ day on October 28. Rajnikanth, it seems, is quite impressed with Vasu’s idea and immediately gave his nod for the date of release. Rajini is eager to finish Kuselan and get at his most ambitious project, `Robot’.
Last heard, Pasupathy and Meena have ‘also’ been included in the song sequence!
