The ruling Congress which has been at the receiving end on rising prices tried to turn the tables on Chandra Babu.
The TDP had been raising the issue of rising prices in the Assembly regularly.
Reacting to this, a congress MLA lobbed the ball back into the TDP court. She said that the prices a ‘Fresh @’ are very high. Babu should first look at the prices at his stores and bring them down.
The supermarket chain is promoted by Heritage Foods owned by Babu and run by his wife Bhuvaneswari Babu, who was present in the Assembly when the issue was raised, chose to remain silent.
