Classmates directed by K Vijayabhaskar and produced by Sravanti Ravikishore on the banner of Sravanti Movies with Sumanth and Sada in the lead and Sunil, Sarvanand , Ravivarma, Sada , Kamalini Mukherjee and Rani as lead cast, had completed its censor formalities and the film is all set to hit screen on April 20. It is the remake of a successful Tamil film, Classmates .
Director Vijayabhaskar tried to re-enact a real life incident on the screen where a group of classmates meet at one place after 10 years to recollect their memories. The director was able to extract different feelings from the artistes and at the same time gave a very good message to the audiences. The audiences could identify themselves in one of the characters. Music by Koti had already became popular
