Shooting of the talkie part of Citizen directed by Sai Prakash and produced by CV Reddy on the banner of CV Arts Pvt Ltd with Saikumar as hero was completed. Only one song remained balance to complete the entire shooting which would be choreographed on Mumait Khan between April 23 and 25. Producer says, 'How the hero solved a problem as a common man which he could not solve as a police officer is the basic theme of the movie. Asish Vidyarthi and Jayaprakash Reddy are playing key roles in the movie, while Ajay is appearing in a key role.
The film would earn a very good name to Ajay again. After a long time, SP Balasubrahmanyam rendered a song for the film and he specially complimented music director Vandemataram Srinivas for giving him an opportunity to render a beautiful song.' Action is by JG Krishna , fights are by Thriller Manju, story, screenplay and production are by CV Reddy while Sai Prakash is the director.
