Actor Chiyaan Vikram is always known for his interest in social welfare. He is always with his fans in doing good works for society.

Recently he presided over a school annual day function. Now he is helping 18 poor children from Tamil Nadu and other states such as Andhrapradesh who are affected by heart disease and were unable to pay for their medical expenses.
The surgery for these children took place at Sri Ramachandra Hospital, Chennai. These children met actor Vikram at his residence on 1st January and spent 3 hours with him.
Vikram celebrated the New Year along with these children. Vikram is not only a talented star, but also a multi-faceted personality.
