Konidela Venkat Rao, father of Chiranjeevi , Nagababu and Pawan Kalyan was cremated this evening. The cremation took place in the agricultural lands belonging to Chiranjeevi at Kokapet near Hyderabad. The body was cremated at the place adjacent to that of late Allu Ramalingaiah. Chranjeevi lit the funeral pyre.
Ram Charan, who was in Bangalore, came to Hyderabad in the evening and drove straight to the cremation ground. Many top personalities from all walks of life paid their tributes to Venkat Rao and offered their condolences to Chiranjeevi
