 The triple platinum disc function of Bujjigadu directed by Puri Jagannath and produced by KS Rama Rao on the banner of Creative Commercials with Prabhas and Trisha in the lead was held in Hyderabad recently. It is worth mentioning here that South Indian Super Star Rajanikanth unveiled the audio in Chennai and Aditya Music marketed the audio. In a very short period, the Aditya Music was able to sell over 3 lakh audio cassettes and hence the audio company organised the triple platinum disc function at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. As the canning of last song is in progress, the function was held on the sets itself. K Raghavendra Rao attended the programme as chief guest, while Prabhas , Trisha , Sanjana , KS Rama Rao, Puri Jagannath , music director Sandeep Choutha, Dil Raju, Subba Raju, Raja Ravindra, Bhagavilli Prasad, Prem Rakshit, Kaajal Agawal, 'Aditya' Dayanand participated in the function. Talking to the media, KS Rama Rao says, ' Puri Jagannath brought out the film in a very sportive way. The audiences could really watching the film like IPL cricket matches.' Puri Jagannath says, 'I am confident that I would bag another hit with this film. I am getting mails from various corners of the world that the music scored by Sandeep Choutha is excellent and the album was good. Moreover, the special role played by Mohanbabu would remain a highlight of the film.' Sandeep Choutha says, 'I am very happy to work with a director like Puri Jagannath who had good taste in music.' Later, the guests handed over the triple platinum disc mementoes to the members of the film unit.

Disclosing this, distributor Dil Raju says, 'We are not just celebrating the function to distribute platinum discs, but are trying to make it a platform to select new singers. The singers would be selected in presence of popular music directors of Telugu film industry. I will provide them opportunity to sing in our forthcoming films.'
