Minister Bothsa Sathyanarayana is not new to controversies. On Sunday he came to Tirulmala along with a group of 70 followers and had for VVIP darshan. He spent nearly an hour in the temple which resulted in inconvenience for the pilgrims. The heavy rush meant that the pilgrims who waited for nearly 24 hours for darshan had to be content with ‘Mahalaghu’ darshan which meant a darshan of the lord for just a few seconds from a distance.
The TTD is now seen throwing all norms to the winds in their bid to please the high and the mighty. The coming man who arrives for darshan at Tirumala is facing a lot of hardship while the rich virtually have a smooth passage in the name of VIP darshan.
