Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu will work with Bengali director Ritupurno Ghosh on his next film "Draupadi".
"We have not seen the Mahabharat from the eyes of a woman. The film is a story from Draupadi's perspective of looking at things that happened in the Mahabharat," Basu told reporters on the sidelines of the International Film Festival of India here.
"This Mahabharat will be a different one," she said.
"Right now the film is just a thought," added Basu, who is here in connection with the screening of her film "Corporate" that was directed by Madhur Bhandarkar.
On her character in "Corporate", she said: "Nishiganda Das Gupta (Basu's character) is a career-oriented woman and also is soft at heart. She is the same as I am."
