The names Bapu and Ramana are household names in the state and beyond for ages. However for the organizers of the Diamond Jubilee fete, they are nonentities.
At the function they were seen silently in the back rows while all and sundry were seen occupying the front rows meant for the stars and legendary figures from the film industry.
