Hero Balakrishna is now very serious about his political entry. Balakrishna was content with just helping the Telugu Desam Party during the elections all these years. But with the imminent entry of Chiranjeevi into politics, Balakrishna is keen to do his best to help his brother-in-law- turned in-law, Chandra Babu Naidu. Balayya has planned a series of meeting with the senior leaders of the Telugu Desam in a bid to convince them from leaving the party.
Balakrishna has a huge fan base and it is next only to Chiranjeevi in terms of reach and numbers. However, Balakrishna may not be able to match Chiranjeevi in terms of sheer charisma. But the family name of Nandamuri and the fact that he is the successor in acting to the late NT Rama Rao stands him in good stead.
Balakrishna and Babu however are likely to wait and watch before taking any step. They will watch Chiranjeevi’s every move and also take into account the response to Chiranjeevi’s political party before making their next move.
