 Balakrishna's latest flick being produced on the banner of Lalitha Kalanjali, with Sneha , Meera Jasmine and Navneet Kaur playing opposite him in the female lead had almost completed its production. Directed by P Vasu and produced by Vakada Appa Rao, the film has Jayaprada in a prominent role. However, there was a widespread debate on the selection of the title for the film. However, it is understood that 'Maharathi' is the title confirmed for the film, according to industry's grape wine sources. Earlier, 'Vidvaamsudu' and 'Rudrasimhudu' were under consideration, but finally 'Maharathi' got selected.
