So many heroines have come and gone in Malayalam but Kavya Madhavan continues to remain as popular as ever. Once in a while, she stars in a film or two in Tamil. That has now landed her in a very bemusing controversy.
Some sections of the Tamil media have claimed that Kavya is an actress who has completely abandoned her career in Malayalam in order to concentrate on Tamil. They also say that she isn't happy with the fact that she isn't getting plenty of offers and that her previous film had happened more than 3 years ago.
There also was a very casual remark about the new palatial house that she had constructed in her hometown. Maybe reporters in Tamilnadu aren't aware of her popularity in Malayalam.
