It is now between the TRS leader K chandrashekar Rao and the TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu to show one up man ship in Delhi with the deadline for the trust vote fast approaching. While Babu has a edge over KCR as he had been interacting with the leaders of various parties for well over a decade, KCR used his contacts hw developed while he was a union minister and did his own hungama to project himself as a national leader.
Mayawathi is being projected as the prime ministerial candidate of the UNPA should the Manmohan Singh lose the trust vote on Tuesday. KCR nurses the hopes that Mayawathi would reward him with a crucial cabinet berth and he would be able to tilt the scales in Telangana shortly. But Babu by virtue of his seniority in national politics has ensured that it is he and he alone who hogs the maximum medial limelight.
