TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu commenced on his ambitious 150-day ratha yatra christened 'Mee Kosam' from Tirupati this morning. Before commencing his yatra, Babu went to Tirumala early in the morning and had darshan of Lord Venkateswara Swamy. Babu alleged that he was not received with due respect and the protocol was not followed in his case.
The people gathered in large numbers all along the route. People braved the summer heat and waited patiently for Babu's ratham to reach their place. As usual, Babu lashed out against chief minister YS Rajashekar Reddy and his policies. Babu plans to cover all the 294 assembly constituencies during his 7,000 km long yatra.
