TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu is getting desperate by the day. Babu has now announced that he will not only write of all the loans taken by small artisans and workers but also provide them with loans at 10 paise interest rate.
The congress government lead by Y S Rajashekar Reddy is giving loans at 25 paise interest to self-help groups. Babu also said that he will set up a fund with a corpus to 1,000 crore to provide loans to the poor and the needy.
