The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is setting up call centres to cater to the needs of the customers.
The call centres which would be manned round the clock would be known as ‘Swagatham’. A common toll free number 1500 can be dilled by customers and any queries regarding services and other issues resolved. The BSNL proposes to set up over 200 such call centre across the state shortly.
