One of the earlier movies of Bhavana in Tamil cinema, Arya, has finally been wrapped up and is all set to release. The movie encountered myriad troubles during its production starting from the financial crisis of the producer to Prakashraj throwing tantrums on the sets quite often.
When all the issues were settled, director Balasekharan realized that Bhavana’s call sheets for the movie was no longer valid. Though considered to be one of the busiest heroines in Tamil cinema, Bhavana did not show airs and graces when approached for additional call sheets.
My role in Arya is challenging and I did not want to slip the role out of my hand, was Bhavana’s elucidation when asked.
Arya’s shoots were conducted in Hyderabad. Now that Madhavan’s market is flying high with the success of Rendu and Guru, Arya is expected to raise the bar among Maddy fans.
