Arshad reveals reluctantly that he was offered to play Munnabhai.
There’s no doubt that Arshad Warsi is going great guns these days.
But the actor has actually survived the tag of being labeled as a flop star. Almost after four years after the release of the first movie in the Munnabhai series, we think it fit to reveal a little secret about the movie.
It’s embarrassing, I haven’t told this to anyone. It’s a secret I have held close to my heart all this while,” Arshad tells us. And when asked, what it is, Arshad reveals reluctantly, “I was offered to play Munnabhai.”
What then? “Nothing, I realised I didn’t have a career to play the lead role. The role I felt needed a bigger star and at that point in my career I was nowhere, he avers.
Admitting to things like this makes him a star, right! Shine on, Arshad!
