Director Amma Rajashekar seems to have no idea about real estate. In his latest film Takkari , he shows the hero Nitin buying up acres of land with a sum of 25 lakhs. Rajashekar should have known this simple fact that today; it is not possible to buy even a decent 200 yards plot with that money in the city.
He shows the hero buying up a few acres! and not just that, the hero also becomes a big hot shot businessman with business ranging from real estate, manufacturing, retailing, imports and exports and what not. He builds up such a big empire with just 10 lakhs - the amount that he takes from Sayaji Shinde second time.
Agreed that there is something called creative freedom but liberty to stretch and exaggerate things in films, he seems to have stretched this a bit too far.
