Ali and Venumdhav played together as heroes in 'Hangama' and the film was a moderate hit. Now these two are playing heroes again, of course in two different films. Both the films are going to sets almost at one go, with a week gap between them. Though Ali played hero in a hit film like 'Yamaleela' he continued to play comedian roles even after that.
However, the RR Movie Makers, which made 'Hangama', is now planning to do a film with Ali as hero and 'Gundamma Gari Manavadu' is the title which was registered for the film. B Jaya of 'Chantigadu'-fame is directing this film. Another interesting feature is that Manorama, a popular Tamil artiste, was selected for the title role Gundamma. Sindhu is being introduced as heroine through this film.
The film is most likely to go to sets on January 15. Meanwhile, popular director Siva Nageswara Rao, who gave hits like Money and Photo is planning a film with Venumadhav as hero. 'Bhu Kailas (Yekaram 50 Kotlu)' is the title registered for the film. However, the female lead is yet to be selected.
MM Keeravani is likely to provide music for this film and it is going to sets on January 21. With the success of 'Andalaramudu' of Sunil, the comedians have become the hot favourites for our film personalities.
