The talk of second SRC did the rounds all through yesterday. The TRS went full blast against the congress. The prime minister’s office had to hastily come up with a clarification saying that there was no such move.

But the congress party in charge for the state Veerappa Moily said that there is no harm in going in for a second SRC. He said that if at all a second SRC is mooted, then it would be restricted only to the states of Telangana and Vidarbha.
