KCR is grinning from year to year. The reason is that a tableau showcasing the biggest festival in Telangana – the ‘Bathukamma’ panduga has been chosen for the Republic Day parade in New Delhi. KCR now feels that this is a god omen and a precursor to a separate Telangana state.
But the congress government wants to send a signal that it is all for a unified Andhra Pradesh.
