Amritha has been with unfulfilled ambitions in film industry. She, being a cousin of Salman Khan, in the waiting list to check her fortune with the litmus paper ‘Victoria No: 203’ a remade film of the super success film of 3 decades ago starring Pran, Ashok Kumar, Naveen Nisehal and Sairabhanu.

The film is being remade by Kamal Sadhana, son of Briz, directed by Amanth Mahadevan. Anupam Kher, Ompuri, Jimmy Shergil play main roles. Amritha is playing the role played by Sairabhanu.

Speaking to the press, Amrita said, “Syra is a beautiful actress. I will try my best to justify my performance because there has been a trend of remake and the audience compare old and the news counterparts. It’s almost a challenge. I will certainly face it”.
