Hero Kalyan Ram finally scored with Hare Ram The film has been produced by him on his home banner – NTR Arts. He has been looking for a hit for quite some time now and the film gives him the much needed hit.
Incidentally, the other big hit in his career, Athanokkade was also a big hit and the only one in his career so far. So he should thank his late grandfather NT Rama Rao as the banner named after him has proved lucky for him not once but twice.
Kalyan Ram played a dual role and he did justice to both the roles. His role as a mentally unstable Ram won him wide accolades. Kalyan Ram is also being appreciated for daring to produce and act in a film that has a novel theme and quite different from the routine formula films.
