Chief minster YS Rajashekar Reddy is now touching sixty but he is very active and agile. The office of the CM comes with a lot of work and tension. The incumbent has to be very fit in order to stand up to the job.
YS Rajashekar Reddy manages this with a diet and fitness regimen. His daily diet and fitness regimen is as follows –
6.30 to 8.00 am: Yoga
8.30 am: Breakfast consisting of Idlys, Dosas and Upma
11 am: Light salads consisting of cucumber and watermelon
1.30 pm: Lunch – Phulkas with veg. curries and rice
2.00 to 2.30: Afternoon siesta
4.30 pm: Fruit salad and fruit juice like Paayya and water melon
7.30 pm: Fruit juice
9.00 pm: Dinner consisting or Phulka with chicken or fish curry and rice
