The real estate dealers in and around Hyderabad would like to see the TRS bite the dust in the ensuing by elections. They are not just praying for the defeat of the TRS candidates but are also doing their bit for it.
Many realtors are now funding in a big way candidates belonging to the congress and the TDP. Their only aim is to stop the TRS from emerging victorious in the elections. If the TRS is defeated, then the real estate will once again pick up.
The slump in real estate activity has hurt the realtors dearly. Only a stable political situation will revive the industry. So if the TRS is defeated, then the separate Telangana issue will be kept on the backburner for some time and will pave the way for a real estate boom once again. This is the thinking of the realtors.
