Director Mehar Ramesh made his debut in Tollywood with the film ‘Kantri’. The film has attracted mixed talk but everyone agrees hat he has managed to show Jr. NTR in the most stylish way in the film. NTR’s dances and action is the highlight of the film and also it saving grace.

Kamal Haasan magnum opus ‘Dasavatharam’ has completed the censor formalities and is now ready to hit the screens worldwide on June 6. Asin is playing a dual role while Kamal is playing 10 different roles in the film. Mallika Sherawat and Jayaprada are playing special roles in the film.
The Nizam rights for the film have been bagged by Dasari Narayana Rao’s Siri Media. The rights went for a record 6.25 crore. This is the highest for a Tamil hero’s film in Nizam. The craze for ‘Dasavatharam’ is equal to that of Rajnikanth’s film ‘Sivaji’.

The fledgling political party ‘Lok Satta’ of Jayaprakash Narayan is now entering into the poll fray for the first time by contesting from four seats in the ensuing by polls. The party has been allotted the ‘Whistle’ symbol by the election authorities.

The one time film distribution hub in the state, Vijayawada has now gone hi-tech. The city now boasts of a state of the art multiplex. The new multiplex named ‘Innox’ opened to the public today.
The multiplex has come up on the premises of Urvashi theatre complex at Gandhinagar. There are a total of three screens in the multiplex with a total seating capacity of 1087. The multiplex is equipped with the latest technology which enables it to screen films using satellite projection.
The new multiplex is surely a jewel in the crown of City of Krishna River, Prakasam Barrage and the abode of Durga Malleswara Swamy at Indrakeeladri.
