Sumanth to play hero on Sravanti banner for Malayalam remake
Sri Sravanthi Movies has bagged the rights to remake Malayalam hit film 'Classmates' in Telugu. Producer Sravanthi Ravikishore chose Vijayabhaskar to direct the remake. It is learnt that Sumanth would play the hero, while Sharvanand would play a special role in the film. However, the heroine is yet to be selected to play opposite Sumanth. Hero Sumanth is starring in a film being produced by Annapoorna Pictures and directed by Raj. The film will be launched in Hyderabad on July 12. Regular shooting will commence from August. Sumanth’s ‘Bonee’ on June 12
Hero Sumanth’s new film ‘Bonee’ is all set to hit the screens on June 12. The film has been completed some time back but its release was delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances.
Music director Ramana Gogula is tuning producer with Bonee. Sumanth does not have a hit to his credit for a long time and his last film Pourudu was a modest hit. Bonee will hopefully put him back in the limelight.
