Simple Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken[skinless] 2 lb
Green chillies 10
Coriander leaves few
Black pepper 20
Salt
Garlic[dont remove the skin] 2or 3
Finely chopped onion




Directions:

  • Clean and wash the chicken.
  • Boil in cooker [until 1 whistle] and drain the water
  • Make a paste of green chillies,bl.pepper,salt and corainder leaves,garlic.
  • Take a khadai add 1 tbs of oil[optional] onions and stirr till golden brown, then add the paste and continue stirring untill the paste starts sticking to the khadai,then add the chicken pieces ,add one and half cup of water and keep it on a medium flame ,allow all the water to drain.
  • A very spicy chicken is ready within less time.
