Ingredients:
Mustard Greens 1 Bunch Spinach 1/4 Bunch Onions Chopped 1/2 Green Chillies 3-4 Ginger 1 inch Salt Oil 2 Tsp

Directions:
Wash & chop coarsely the greens. In a microwable bowl mix greens,ginger,chilli & little water. Cover , cook for 4 minutes & cool. Grind to coarse paste in a blender. Heat oil in a pan , fry the onions till translucent. Add the green paste, salt . mix & bring to boil . Add in a little water , if Gravy is too thick. Serve hot as a side dish for rotis or rice.
