Ingredients:
Mutton 500gms Onions 2 big Curd, beaten 350 gms Ginger-garlic paste 20gms Cloves 6 Cardamoms 4 Turmeric 1 tsp Cinnamon stick 1 inch Garam masala 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin seeds, ground 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Coriander leaves, sliced 1 tbsp Oil 4 tbsp Salt to taste

Directions :
Mix one onion, turmeric, red chilies, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and blend to a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, slice the other onions , add to the oil and fry well. Also add mutton pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes till it is well browned on all sides. Put the curd, blended mixture, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and chilli powder. Cover tightly and cook over a low fire till the mutton is tender and completely dry. Than fry for a while till the oil separates from the masala. Serve immediately adding coriander leaves and garam masala.
