Ingredients:
Whole milk 500ml Thick cream 500 ml Sugar 200gms Mango pulp 500ml Mango essence 1/2 tps Mango color(optional) few drops

Directions:
Pour milk in 1 1/2 litre bowl and microwave it for 5mins on 100% power.Lower the power level to 80% and microwave for another 10mins till it thickens. Remove and let it cool for 10-15mins. Whip the cream with sugar in a bowl till thick. To the cooled milk add mango pulp and mango essence and mango color and mix well. Add the milk to the cream and sugar mixture by pouring milk slowly and mixing it continuosly. Pour this mixture in the icecream trays or moulds and freeze it till half set. Take it out and whip it again and put it back in the freezer till it is completely set
